"Daniel's Audio Diaries" sounds interesting (as does the WFMU broadcast, but all of us probably have that by now [and if you don't, WFMU streams it!]) - I wish there had been more music, though maybe that's a money thing and they didn't want to go there for that reason.
I guess what I'm vaguely trying to say is that the one thing the documentary really lacked is a focus on Daniel's music (as opposed to his life story) - most of the songs in the documentary were incomplete. It would have been nice to see the MTV appearance complete, for instance - although maybe that's under deleted scenes or something...
In any case, I'm happy to see the film come out, as the DVD will surely introduce even more people to Daniel's music
