did anybody catch Daniel at Waterloo or the Alamo yesterday.  Would love to have a set list.  I didn't make it Waterloo, darn job.  I didn't know either of the songs he played at Alamo.

FWIW, I thought Daniel looked great.  He has lost a lot of weight since the last time I saw him.  I was also encouraged that he only took one sip of water during the limited set (two songs).  That seems like an improvement from a show I saw a few years ago at Room 710, where he drank six sodas within the first five minutes of the set.

Neither did I. Neither had lyrics which indicated obvious titles, either.

According to Tom Gimbel (Golly, who knew HE was still in the picture?!?) Daniel also did only 2 or 3 songs at Waterloo Records before heading next door to Waterloo Ice House for a big ol' burger.

They laughed when I sat down at the piano.
They didn't think that I could play.
But their laughter turned to amazement,
When I got back up and carried it away...
