WOO HOO A new Daniel cd!?!?!?

I clicked on the site and freaked I thought it was gonna be all new stuff "Lost and Found" my heart started to race then I saw it was just a collection of songs!

I remember reading something about it....must have slipped my mind! I bought it anyways.



So should you.



Wow I bet I am the first to buy it! Kinda reminds me of back in the day when me and my buddies would be waiting at the music store for it to open just to get the new Slayer,Janes Addiction,Iron Maiden! Those were the days.

Electric Ghosts is all new stuff. It's a side project, but it's Daniel, and it's new. And you get to hear 9 minutes of him snoring. 

Frito Lay is a great song. It's worth it just for that. I wouldn't be surprised if they want to use it in their commercials. They'd be stupid not to. I'd guess that's what Daniel has in mind too, though he'll probably feel guilty as hell about it if it happens, if what I saw in the movie is any guide.

Slayer!?

Wicked you kill me!

Man.....Gummo I still go get Slayers cd's on the date of release. The last cd they released was released on 9/11. I was at work when the planes hit the towers. Pretty soon everyone was running around talking about how gas was gonna skyrocket. My mission after clocking out was
1) Get a full tank of gas
2) Get the new Slayer cd

Well the gas lines were stretched out for miles everywhere. I said "Ah Screw it" and headed to the music store!
TALK ABOUT A GHOSTTOWN.......all the t.v.s were blaring the tragedy as I combed the aisles for my new Slayer cd. Folks were looking at me like I was nuts.....we are under attack and I am looking for a Slayer cd!

Man you know if you ever want to be bored outta your mind and have a couple hundred bucks to blow in gas there is always a place in the OK for ya. **** from here its a 7 hour trip to Daniels. Maybe me you Dan and Dick could celebrate the growing og this site. Man it was so minimal at first now its a thing to behold.

P.S. I talked to Daniels dad today and Daniel is getting ready to go to London. Dick is coming over so Daniel can practice. Mr.J said Dan is tired of traveling. He said Dan dont want to travel but they wanted him to do a show in London.

No... Daniel was really not thrilled about going. He really does not like to travel. He never thinks in terms of career advancement. No concept of it. But when he wants to do something he wants to do it now!

I talked with him over the phone before the trip...when I brought up the subject of his going to London, he indicated that he was having a little stage fright...I guess I distracted him by telling him 'You deserve a nice trip!'...he sincerely said "well, thank you!"...and then we moved onto another topic...

So far, I think that due to his mood disorder, whether or not he wants to travel depends on which moment you catch him in...

Anyway...I do know that it took courage for him to go, and I believe he'll be glad that he did...he's not just another songwriter now...he finally made 'the big time'... of course, I didn't say that to him...wouldn't want to feed the ego...but, I think he feels 'more like that' lately...

In any case, I hope he had/is having a FANtastic night!

Hello, this is my first post here. I was at the show last night at the Barbican. It was sold out. Daniel came on at the end and did three songs, two on his guitar and one on the piano. We all wanted for him to do an encore  and for him to come back on but he didn't. I can't say which songs he did because I didn't know them.It was the firts time I had seen him play. I saw the film The Devil and Daniel Johnstom earlier in the day J
