Interviewing Daniel.. what should I ask him?

I have a website called IndieView, http://www.indieview.tv, where I interview musicians on their songwriting process.  You can check out the previous interviews for recent stuff to get an idea of what the site's like.

I am about to interview Daniel, and I am writing questions to him about how he writes music and his perspective on music.  I thought the best people to ask questions would be his fans.

So what questions would you ask Daniel about songwriting?  The more questions, the better.  If you'd like, I can site your name on the webpage included with the interview so everyone knows YOU asked it.  Thanks!

Since we waited almost six years for the upcoming new album, I guess you can ask something about that, like
"How often do you write songs"/"Do you keep songs in the drawer and than pick the best 10 out of ##?"

Also, would be intersted to know if he sees similarities in his songs:
"I live my broken dreams" & "There is no sense of humor way beyond friendchip" OR
"Death of satan" & "Freedom"

AND (hihi:),
How does he hear the songs in his head? when he writes songs, does he imagine them as simple as they were in the early years? do the producers really have full control on the production?

You could almost guarantee if that was handed to a UK agency for a UK campaign in the same era they would have used either the demo or a very similar re-recording. UK advertising from the mid 70's through to the early 90's was in a different universe to the rubbish the USA had (and has) to put up with. When we did get US made adverts, you often found UK agencies had the tendency to take the mickey out of them...

asking Daniel please, how he is? if he likes to plan ahead or keep writing spontaneous?
if he ever uses any instruments from all around the world? or has any desire to collect/learn different instruments? 
does he like playing in churches for their nice sound at all? or if he had the chance to write songs in old nice sounding churches? i could arrange some time for him if he'd like? alone or with folks? without any proletesyinzng on my end. tell him we all love daniel, most of all.

I'd like to know if theres a song out there that he wishes he'd written… not quite the same as having a favourite song, but one that is kinda similar to the way you write (or want to write), means a lot to you and the lyrics - assuming it has lyrics!- could have come straight from your own diary..

It'd be really interesting too to hear what he thinks about people covering his songs, what it's like to hear something that he wrote and how it would have sounded if it had been written by someone else… also maybe if there's anyone in particular that he'd like to cover one of his songs!

Anything like that would be great, I hope the interview goes well
