New Server

Hello all,

Just a heads up that the messageboard will be down for a little while in the next couple of days as we migrate over to our new server. If any of you have gotten the error message "too many connections" lately on the messageboard, this move will hopefully solve that problem, as well as help set us up for a future, more interactive hihowareyou.com website.

The outage shouldn't be longer than an hour or two.

I also want to give a many many thanks to everyone on the forums. It's great to see everyone come together to support and help my wonderful uncle.

Ok, we had a few bumps while switching over, but everything looks to be good now. Sorry for the longer than expected outage.

If anyone has any problems don't hesitate to e-mail me and I'll try to get it sorted out ASAP.

Is that why the archive material is not available on the 'members only' area?

Yeah, we're looking into that. We actually have one more server move to make, but it will be very smooth compared to the last one, I don't think anyone will even notice it. (hopefully it will happen tonight)

After that move, we'll work on getting the members area working properly again (shouldn't be too hard). Whenever we make a server move, the sites that are created using frontpage sometimes break for unknown reasons.
