To answer my own question, it seems like there are some on Amazon, so I'll just hold out.  I'll do exactly what I did with the Beatles box set last year and order it on Amazon on Christmas night haha

Sometimes I wonder what those who are so adamant about Daniel's lack of talent and ability would make of this box set.  Can anyone listen to it and really believe that he can't sing or play piano?  That we're only interested because of his illness?  I know I'm preaching to the choir here but these recordings still amaze me after all the thousands of times I've listened to them.

Well, I've played Daniel's music for a lot of my friends and whereas a few of them absolutely fell in love with it like I did, but a lot of people said it's mainly the lo-fi recordings and how over-powering his voice can be at times that turn them off from it.  I recently bought this box set and have been listening to it over and over, and I think someone needs to put out a second box set of the second era of Johnston, Yip Jump, Hi How Are You, Retired Boxer, Respect, Continued Story, and Merry Christmas. I would love to have a re-packaged remastered box set of those!
