Um, was that really elvis costello onstage with DJ at the Blind Pig?

So, i just got home from seeing Mr. Johnston at the blind pig in ann arbor michigan, and for the last song he had a guy up there singing with him, introduced him as elvis costello, and again said it was elvis costello at the end of the song... my friends i was with said no way was it him, i did get a good look at the guy as he walked about a foot away from me after the show, but i cant really tell if it was him or not, cuz there arent many pics of mr. costello without his glasses on.... any help would be appreciated, just to put the debate to rest. thanks

I was not at that gig, but at the one we filmed for 'The Angel and Daniel Johnston..." he announced his band mates as amoung others, Elvis Costello, John Cleese and Elton John. I think he likes to have a bit of fun with these things...

thanks bud, i couldnt really see the stage at all, and neither could my friends so that could have easily been the case.
