'm not a big fan of surround recordings, but I asked the engineer to make provisions for such a recording as I thought the venue had such a lovely reverb it would be really good. Well, I've just racked up the tapes and figured out how to mix in surround and i've got to say, if you could hear this, you probably wet yourself. I can't imagine there exists many better recordings of Daniel at any stage in his career. I'm not taking any credit for that, it is entirely down to the fantastic engineering team we had on board.

I almost wish you could all cram into my studio and hear what I am hearing.

I can't wait for this.

I've been to many gigs in my life but that night was one of the most special nights of my life, I absolutely can't wait to see this.

I definitely think we captured the right gig. I didn't see any of the other gigs on the tour, but the feedback I am getting was that it was the best of the bunch.

We will keep our noses to the grindstone and hopefully we will get something to you guys soon. I'd love to get a preview up sometime in the very near future.

Awesome. By the way, since everyone is commenting on the amazing quality
of sound this venue offered along with Daniel's  stellar performance, I would think that this would also make a really great live album.

I played drums at this show. Can't wait to see how it came out, had a great time.

Oh, and Rob in relation to what you said about it being the first time you've seen a drummer without toms...
basically, i do have a rack and floor tom but it really wasn't practical for me to take all of it on the whole tour. Smiley

The sound guys were really great as you said, all 3 of them were super nice and very good at thier jobs.

Hi Steve,

I suspected there may have been a transport related drum amputation. I think it probably worked better without them. Plus we were worried about micing toms Smiley

You can trust that an Adjustable Production employs only the very best staff, who are are the epitome of politeness.

We will do our best to get you immortalised in media! Smiley

Just thought I'd update to say I was present for the start of mixing the stereo masters earlier this week. Today we were working on the title sequence and other elements of post production. Working around the clock at the minute.

Much tiredness and need for dental work.
