EXCHANGE and REFUND policies

EXCHANGES

 
You can exchange any item within 60 days from receipt of your order.   To avoid problems with shirt sizes, please check out the link at

To exchange an item, mail it to:

Please include a note stating your order number (located on your receipt), the reason for your exchange, and what you would like to exchange the item for.   It is a good idea to email us with this information as well at support@hihowareyou.com.
 
All exchanges will be processed and re-shipped within 2 business days after they are received.

 

RETURNS and REFUNDS

 

You can RETURN an item within 30 days from the date of your order for a REFUND.  
 
The 30 day limitation is made by our on-line credit-card account, so if you are going to request a refund, please email us about your RETURN as soon as possible at support@hihowareyou.com.

Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
 
CANCELLATIONS
 
To cancel an order after you've completed checkout, notify us by email right away at support@hihowareyou.com.   Please provide your name, email address used on the order, and order number if you have it.  
 
If you haven't completed the payments steps, there is no need to cancel the order.
 
In the event that you request the cancelation AFTER the order has SHIPPED, you should still notify us by EMAIL.   When when the package arrives, DO NOT OPEN IT.   Mark it "RETURN TO SENDER" and put it back in the mail.
