really heavy statements from Jeff Feuerzeig (he wrote all of that, right?) but in my opinion it's correct, there's such a massive amount of songs that should be classics just like the songs of the beatles, kinks, dylan etc. Anyone who really listens through all of his songs from the 80's cannot possibly doubt this. You're not intrigued by music for real in that  sense of you can't listen beyond the poor sound quality (which I feel gives the songs a great atmosphere) and "imperfect" singing and playing. This is music at its best for anyone who takes the time to really listen.

Nice overview of those recordings, but that line...

"Satan is Real"

left me rolling my eyes. C'mon. That ****'s as real as you let it be. I know where he's coming from with that line, but it appears so definative, at the end of the intro, all by itself like a mini manifesto.

(Mani-Fausto?) Ha!
