Does anybody know where did Daniel get the instrumental stuff for Keep Punching Joe from?

I love this song, his vocals fit sor perfectly in the groove!

That's a really good question! I've wondered about that many times and it would be nice if someone had the answere.

I was thinking about that for "Desperate Man" ... is Daniel singing along to something, or did he find someone to play the song?

Sounds to me like he is singing along to a record or something.

Also another question.  I just downloaded strange boy from the mp3 section.  Does anyone know who the guy at the beginning talking about Dan is?  I've always wondered this.

well ofcourse he's singing along to some song recorded way back.
The question here was, does anyone know what song it is.
By the way, singing along is not the right words for it. He's not singing along he makes up the singing melody so that it fits the song and he's also written the lyrics himself. I assume!?

The song is Desperate Man by the Johnny Dankworth Orchestra although Daniel mistakenly spelled it Danksworth on the album.

Thanks for the Desperate Man explanation , I also wondered who would be playing that. Do you also know something about Keep Punching Joe? Smiley
