What's keeping you from buying the album? It's legit -- it's just that it was released on Jad's label rather than Daniel's (and currently is available via Jagjaguwar Records). The other Jad/Dan album from JagJag, "The Lucky Sperms", is not nearly as good as "It's Spooky", in my opinion, apart from their take on the
Rolling Stones' "Ruby Tuesday" (which was awe-inspiring live at the album release gig, BTW!)
Dan also guests on an album by another Jagjaguwar artist,
