I just cobbled together a new Daniel Johnston video, by utilizing around ten seconds' worth of wobbly footage showing Dan meandering around at a picnic, along with assorted travelogue stock footage, and then randomly interspersing the stuff together and depending heavily on the magic of slo-mo to stretch it all out to song length.
It's what you might call a "mood piece".
Actually, it's better than my description might make it sound (or at least I certainly HOPE so!) and unless I'm terribly mistaken, the song I chose to add visuals to is one nobody here has heard before. It's called "Grievance" (singular) and it's Daniel's own variation on the timeless minstrel ballad "Greensleeves".
