Need to know a song from the movie

There's a song in the Devil and Daniel Johnston that I can't find the name of...."and watch the toilet flush"....is one of the lyrics...it takes place when Louis Black is first talking about him....it's where the camera is focused on one eye of Daniel and later with a prism over his head.  Cannot find the name.  A little help ?
