Thanks alot for scattering my brains all over the place with that Blaze Foley cd! AMAZING! I just got around to sinking my teeth into it and I am glued! It took me awhile to get to it and now I cant leave.
I have to go to my menial low paying job and I wonder if my boss would notice me sneaking past him wiyh my daughters pink radio with the disc clutched in my mits?!?! That way I could sit in my corner and get lost in Blaze's world for my 9 hour shift at the job!
Amazing x 1,000,000
Did you know there was a movie in the making? Do you have any info on it??
All the TVZ were awesome and nobody but Daniel comes close but Blaze was a very pleasant suprise.....floored!

TVZ is Townes Van Zandt ... there seems to be a connection between being fans of Daniel Johnston and Townes Van Zandt.  Two sides of the same or a similar coin maybe?  Check out www.townesvanzandt.com

The documentary on TVZ -  "Be Here To Love Me" is probably the best documentary of a musician I have seen.
