technical problem with frankenstein love

howdy. i purchased frankenstein love from itunes a couple months ago. immediately upon hearing the music, i was disappointed with the constant distortion (fuzz) throughout the recording. i assumed this was because the album was a "bootleg". however, i had heard the sound quality was great, so i decided to finally investigate.

listening to the 30 sec sound bites through the itunes store, i still hear the distortion. however, listening to the samples through emusic, the quality is wonderful!

can someone please provide some insight as to why this happened? has this happened to anyone else? does anyone know how i might go about getting this fixed?

i e-mailed itunes about this... i will let everyone know what they say, just in case others have had this problem.

It doesn't appear any one else had this problem... but just in case:

iTunes responded very quickly to my complaint and applied a full refund to my account and promised to look into the issue.

I am very happy with how this was handeled, but I'm still eager to hear a good quality recording of Frankenstein Love.
