Is there an estimated number of how many defected CDs got released?

Also, in the booklet under the "Story of Hi, How Are You?" section, they leave the h out of how. Just noticed it.

I guess maybe the deal with Dualtone fell through sometime after The Early Recordings were released.

I have Retired Boxer/Respect on the CD-R and it's a pretty good recording (remastered and such). I play atleast once every two days and it has started to mess up in any way, shape, or form.

I think they are all from the same source but I'm not sure. The CD-R copies are remastered a bit. is the only big difference.

You could just by the tapes, put them on your computer and burn them onto CD-R if you know how.
