Yes I can't remember the last time I posted on here. Too long ago, probably last year.

Anyway, some folks around here might know that I made a video for Daniel's classic song 'Go'.  To cut a long story short, it's in the running for Best Music Video at the Swansea Bay film festival in South Wales. Screening on Sunday 3rd June, Awards ceremony on Friday 8th.

So I'm keeping my fingers crossed, and will let you all know what happens. .

Still haven't watched the meeting/reunion, not sure if I ever will, although having said that I had the DVD of Irreversible for 6 months before watching ..

ah , the uk disc is missing some of those extras, no audio diaries or Sundance short. Sorry if others have pointed this out already! Watched the film again last night and it has got me smack bang back as a big fan -although it never has gone away I haven't listened to any Daniel for a while, and am now going back to those amazing early tapes.

like the song choices on that , not too much duplication from the Late Great..

wow, been away for a while but am determined to get on here and post more.. Got the dvd the other day and am going to watch it tonight (already saw the film twice at the cinema, loved it of course), will post what I think of the extras..

anyway I have some catching up to do , haven't even bought Lost and Found yet (next payday) , but some great news that Welcome to my World seems to be getting great distribution in the uk , even saw it in 'HMV' (big uk chain) , in my hometown of Swansea. Very cool indeed...

I keep coming back to Rejected Unknown , for me it's a real mix of the 'home recording style' with maybe more of a garage rock feel to it (?) Was also the first CD I bought of Daniel's, only 2 years ago!

Otherwise, Yip Jump of course , Songs of Pain 1 and 2 , also really like Artistic Vice.

Wow, look at the coverage go ... haven't seen much of the papers this weekend since am busy , but the film's on release, that's the best thing

Wow , that's great. I'd imagine in the UK it's going to play in major cities / university towns but it's gonna be cool all the same..

Think that's the best-written review I've read yet. I can't wait to see it again.
