I'd drop him a note explaining that he's in violation of copyright laws but the last time I did this the person went nuts on me and claimed he had the permission of Daniel's family so I should probably wait for "Dejected" to respond.

I noticed the post, dropped him a line, he got back to me and said he took it off eBay, checked that and it is no longer being offered. :D I used to watch out for these things on eBay like a hawk sometimes, i am not that aggressive or put alot of excess effort into it these days but it still pisses me off to notice and see these kinds of things being "offered" and then i have to do my little part. :wink: i still never get tired of these funny faces :arrow: :| Title: I've been away. I don't have a clue who the guy is, and his withdrawal demonstrates he's a crook. A month ago I noticed some outfit selling t-shirts on ebay and I asked them how Daniel was being compensated and they took it off (and never responded). I see a Japanese site selling long sleeved t-shirts now - I'll have to look into that.... Thanks again. I think the seller is a little short sighted about it all. There is no real reason for you to feel guilty about it. You aren't really slighting Daniel or robbing him of sales. The way I see it, you are putting a treasure in the hands of someone who can APPRECIATE it!!! |
