Im guessing cuz of licensing issues or whatever the right term is.But darnit I want that album! haha I love Jad Fair so I would love to have the album he did with Daniel.He also did another album I noticed on iTunes with Jad Fair but seeing I buy online with someone elses card Im really limitedcuz they are weird about buying online.Although the ytrust this site so thats why Im asking why they cant sell them on the site or the digital download site.If they are on this sites online store and the digital store then I just pasted over them and Im sorry for asking.

It's legit -- it's just that it was released on Jad's label rather than Daniel's (and currently is available via Jagjaguwar Records). The other Jad/Dan album from JagJag, "The Lucky Sperms", is not nearly as good as "It's Spooky", in my opinion, apart from their take on the Rolling Stones' "Ruby Tuesday" (which was awe-inspiring live at the album release gig, BTW!) Dan also guests on an album by another Jagjaguwar artist, Okkervil River, as does Orange Mothers leader Ethan Azarian -- who with myself and Daniel formed the supergroup JLA (Johnston - Lieck - Azarian).
