Title: Store support requests sent from the RejectedUnknown.com site!

Hey guys,

This may not apply to any of our regular visitors here; but if you have in the last 2 months or so, tried to e-mail us using the help form on the rejectedunknown.com (http://www.rejectedunknown.com/store/support/) store, you may have noticed we haven't replied to you!

I have just found that the e-mails from the rejectedunknown.com site have not been properly forwarding to our new mail servers. They have been going straight to our old servers which no one ever checks.

I'm working to fix the problem (I still don't know why it's doing it exactly), and I'm also working to answer to back log of e-mails that have gone unanswered. If you're one of those people, please accept my sincerest apologies and assure you we're not ignoring you or trying to take your money and run! I feel we do everything we can when there's a problem to make our customer and fan happy; but that's only when we get the e-mail about the problem!

Please do contact us using the hihowareyou.com help form (http://www.hihowareyou.com/store/support), since that forwards to the right servers.

We're also working on compensation to those of you who feel you have been unfairly neglected or mistreated by our lack of response. I'm personally responding to the e-mails that are sitting in this forgotten inbox over the next few days.

UPDATE: Problem fixed! You can now contact using the help form on both store sites.

UPDATE 2: This also applies to some e-mails from yipeyetunes.com!
