Title: artistic vice and fun

i bought these two albums and ws completely blown away by them.

does anyone have any advice on which album to get next?

I love those records too. If you're looking for that "feel" rather than the early recordings, try "1990."

It's a masterpiece. 

Also the more recent work, "Rejected Unknown," "Fear Yourself," "Lost and Found," are all stellar.

I personally enjoy his work with Ron English and Jack Medicine as well (Hyperjinx Tricycle/Electric Ghosts).

"Frankenstein Love," an intimate solo live recording, has some of the songs which will later end up on "Fun."  And "Why Me" (recorded live in Berlin) has bare solo piano and guitar songs done live, which will pop up later on "Lost and Found" with added (but beautifu) adornment. These (F.L. and W.M.) might be harder to come by, but are absolutely worth looking for. Good Luck!

id also suggest any of the first few cassette releases, The What Of Whom and Dont Be Scared are great
