Need help identifying a song that *may* be Daniel

I heard M. Ward cover a song that I think he said was Daniel's at a show recently. Lyrics were something like "The artist appreciates the sun" "they say he doesn't know how to have fun" and more stuff, all about "the artist" and things he does... Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
