I have another "story," if you need one:

I took Dan out during my second time visiting with him (March '06), just for us to get something to eat, and to furniture hunt at the local antique shops in Waller with him for his new house.

At one of them, he ended up buying his new 'old' piano.

Looking back now...I feel pretty dang privileged that I got to hear Dan play for the first time on that piano...and the owner of the shop let me take a nice photo of the two of them outside...it was a great day...It got delivered to his new home that evening, and I was still at his place when it arrived.  I haven't seen it since, but I imagine it often...in his new garage, with him composing or just playing for fun  Wink

Here are some pics from that day:

Thanks for the replies! And yet another very nice story Gina (especially with the pictures too!). But I am hoping to get 9 memories from 9 different people (already have 8!). So I think I keep looking for 1 other one! It must have been great indeed to look for stuf for Daniels new house with Daniel! Thanks anyway!
