Well, what do you know!   I was able to figure out how to move this!  All right, now.  What else can I move?  i have to exercise my new skills or I'll lose them!

For the record, moderators, there is this "You can xxx" list at the bottom - if you are a moderator, one of the options is "You can moderate this forum", and it allows moves.

Sorry - I'm a slow learner!
